Dakota Sottosanto

Dakota grew up here in Orange County. Also known as “DJ Sota”, Dakota has been DJing since 2002, beginning on the Radio, for KZSC @ UC Santa Cruz. While in college Dakota worked for a teen center, and on occasion would DJ teen parties and thus began his career as a mobile Disc Jockey. Dakota has entertained at a variety of events including Proms, Sweet 16s, Bar Mitzvahs, Corporate Events, Clubs, and of course lots of weddings.

Dakota’s goal is to ensure each event flows smoothly and that everyone is having a good time! Musically, Dakota has an extensive knowledge ranging from the 1940's to the current Top 40. Dakota’s style is always professional, flexible, and friendly. He approaches every event understanding its about celebrating with family and friends, NOT about the DJ. Dakota states “It is important clients feel comfortable and confident with the DJ they choose. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with choosing me, DJ Sota”.
